Kill 5 Razormane Defenders, 5 Razormane Thornweavers, and Kreenig Snarlsnout. Take Snarlsnout's Tusk.
Completion
Bring Kreenig Snarlsnout's Tusk to Kargal Battlescar at Far Watch Post in Northern Barrens.
