Objectives
You must retrieve the Blood of the Black Dragon Champion from General Drakkisath. Drakkisath can be found in his throne room behind the Halls of Ascension in Blackrock Spire.

Return to Haleh at The Ruins of Kel'Theril in Winterspring.
